In the world of foreign trade, behind every customer’s visit and order is a story of winning trust with professionalism and service. Today, we would like to share with you the whole process of co-operation between a customer from Tajikistan and us.

1. First contact: from a careful reply
One working afternoon, we received an enquiry email from a customer in Tajikistan. The customer described in detail their needs for tipper trucks for mine transport, including:
Load requirement: 30-40 tonnes
Cab configuration: air-conditioning, sleeper
Engine standard: meet plateau operation
Delivery time: hope to deliver within 45 days

We replied in the first time, not only recommending the right model of tipper according to the customer’s needs, but also attaching the detailed technical parameters, real pictures and similar project cases for reference. In order to facilitate communication, we also took the initiative to add the customer’s WhatsApp, providing real-time online consulting services.

2. Videoconferencing: Breaking the barrier of distance
After the initial communication, the customer is interested in our dump trucks, and put forward the hope to further understand the production situation and after-sale guarantee. We quickly arranged a video conference:
The customer visited our production line on line. We showed different configurations of dump trucks in stock to the customer, and introduced the after-sales service process (including spare parts supply, remote technical guidance) in detail. After this communication, the customer expressed the willingness to visit the factory.

3. Factory visit: trust is built in the details
Two weeks later, a group of three customers arrived in China. We picked them up from the airport and arranged a professional Russian interpreter to accompany them throughout the visit.
At the factory site, the customer personally test-drove different models of dump trucks, understood the welding, painting, assembly and other processes of dump trucks, exchanged views with the technical team on the design advantages of the reinforced chassis of dump trucks, and understood the packing and transport process.
During the visit, the customer nodded frequently and highly recognised our product quality and process.

4. Negotiation and order placing: the beginning of win-win situation
After two days of careful discussion, both sides finally finalised the details of cooperation:
Order type: 3 sets of 40 tonnes dump truck for mining area.
Special requirements: reinforced frame + imported hydraulic jacking system.
Payment: 30% in advance, 70% before delivery.
Delivery time: 45 days
We signed a formal contract on site and the customer paid the advance payment immediately.

5. Follow-up service: continuous follow up, help customer development
During the dump truck production period, we sent weekly tipper production progress reports to the customer, including pictures and videos. After the completion of dump truck production, the customer inspected the goods remotely again and was very satisfied with the final product.

At present, the dump trucks have been successfully delivered to Tajikistan and put into use, and the customer feedbacks that the vehicles have excellent performance and indicates that additional orders will be placed in the future.
